The 163rd Gorgie Scouts travelled all over Scotland on summer and weekend camps, and sometimes would return over the years to favourite places.
Aviemore was a favourite place and here you can see scouts visiting in 1965. It’s interesting to see the khaki uniforms change around 1969/70, and the travel arrangements also change over time, from our removals van to coaches, The towns are also recorded well in these earlier times.
