At Oxbridge Lane Primary I had responsibility for developing Mathematics and Physical Education. During the years I was at Oxbridge I organised many sports events and the football team each school year, and took my class for PE.
Keeping the PE equipment organised was a task that I tackled in the beginning to allow classes easy access to things they needed for lessons. I used a colour coding system, which was easy for younger pupils to understand.
PE lessons were held in the hall and here you can see pupils warming up, and also engaged in working with partners in balances using certain points and patches. The idea was to work co-operatively and creatively using only specific points or patches of the body. Some pupils were very creative in this activity, which also involves a lot of trust.
