There had been visits to nearby Kerrera, but the weather had not been kind to us during our summer camps. &nbsp;Inland venues had been more popular, but this may have been more about luck than location.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: 0;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d70769.2839312807!2d-5.591093838896753!3d56.33776498071386!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x4889645ecb75e6db%3A0xbc42add69f5717ac!2sKilninver%2C+Oban!5e0!3m2!1sen!2suk!4v1477181477534\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Although the map suggests that Kilninver itself is farther from the sea, the campsite was beside the sea as can be seen in the photos taken from Mr Young&#8217;s slides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campsite was beside the sea and had quite an exposed situation.
