On 29th April 1986 Leading Fireman Waites visited Mrs Galley, Mrs Graham and Mrs Irvine\u2019s classes at Oxbridge Lane Primary School in 1985\/86 to talk to the children about fire safety. He began in the hall with an educational cartoon about fire prevention and afterwards everyone went back to the classroom for more information sharing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During 1985\/86 my class were involved in a lot of class video work and went round school recording features for the school Video Mag that we had started, as an extension of our newspaper. During their visits to classes reporters recorded a number of activities, and one of them was the entire visit of leading fireman Waites. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
